As with most divorce attorneys, we formerly only charged based on the hours devoted to your case. We now offer a fixed, firm, guaranteed rate for divorce cases which can be set based on the complexities of your situation and which will be discussed during your consultation. If you choose to proceed on an hourly basis our current hourly rates are:

We charge our regular hourly rates for consultations.
For clients proceeding on an hourly rate agreement, our office operates on a retainer basis. We will collect an initial retainer (to be determined at the initial consultation based upon the complexity of the issues presented) which remains your money until it is earned. Bills are mailed monthly. Subsequent retainers will be required monthly to restore the escrow balance to the agreed upon sum. Any portion of any retainer unearned at the conclusion of the case will be refunded.
For clients proceeding on a fixed, firm, guaranteed rate, the amount and terms will be discussed during your consultation.
