Sherri Goren Slovin, J.D. – Collaborative Law Trainer
Sherri Goren Slovin has practiced law in Cincinnati, Ohio for 26 years, with a concentration in Family Law. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Slovin is an experienced mediator and negotiation trainer. She has received extensive ADR training which includes attendance at Harvard Law School’s Program on Advanced Negotiation Skills.
Ms. Slovin is a founding member and past Chairperson of the Collaborative Family Lawyers of Cincinnati and has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Ohio Superlawyers. Ms. Slovin serves on the Board of International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Collaborative Law/Collaborative Practice Workshop: What Makes the Collaborative Case Different?
A. Goal of the Training: To engage lawyers and other professionals in the collaborative process in a meaningful way that provides confidence and competence.
B. Who should attend: The training is geared to professionals who have not been previously trained, or who would like to refocus on basic collaborative process skill. The training focuses on understanding the paradigm shift, interest based negotiation and the power of the collaborative process to deliver a divorce that meets the legal, emotional and financial needs of a family. It provides an insight into collaborative processes that include lawyers only and lawyers and the professionals appropriate to the needs of the family.
CLE Credit: Applying for qualification for 6.5 CLE hours in Kentucky, Ohio.
Registration Fee: $125 includes lunch
Registration must be received by September 15, 2006
$150 if received after September 15, 2006
