From the minutes you can instantly see what decisions were rendered that are to be published and it is fairly easy to locate family law decisions among the unpublished cases. Mike Stevens and his volunteers do a terrific job getting word of these decisions out and we owe him a big thanks and more offers to help.
Unless a decision is particularly noteworthy or newsworthy, we will continue only to post digests of recent opinions as they become final and have SW3d cites. You will have to keep reading the Kentucky Law Blog and Kentucky Cases for the latest on all Kentucky appellate decisions.
